When you apply, we will ask about:

- the full names and exact birthdates of everyone living in your home.

- income received by everyone living in your home.

- your monthly expenses.

Please make sure all information is complete and accurate.

We may contact you if we need more information or have quesitons about your application.

You may be asked to provide proof of income before your pick-up appointment.

Applications with missing or incorrect information may not be approved.

Please do not apply if your total annual household income after tax is more than:

2 people $29,333

3 people $36,527

4 people $45,570

5 people $51,891

6 people $57,548

7+ people $63,206
