We can refer you to the Lenscrafters "One Sight" program for free glasses provided you meet their criteria. To be eligible, you must be:

- An individual who is not getting assistance through OW/ODSP.
- An individual who does not have private health insurance.
- An individual who falls under the Low Income Cut Off.
 
Please note:
- Broken glasses are not replaceable - if you have already received a pair of glasses through discretionary benefits or private insurance, you will not qualify.
- This program is available to an individual one time per year.
- You will need to submit a prescription for your glasses.
- Free eye exams can be set up directly with Lenscrafters.
- We will provide you with a referral letter to set up a visit to choose your frames and receive your glasses.

We can provide a Mission Store Program Principle and explain the process to receive goods at the Mission Store. This program can provide free and low cost items to individuals and families in need of emergency clothing and small household goods.

Emergency funds are avaialble for individuals or households that require emergency assistance and meet the criteria of the program including falling under the Low Income Cut Off. This can include emergency medical, assistance, transportation assistance (funeral). Funds are paid directly to the service provider. Please contact us to learn if you qualify. Funds are limited.

We can assist you with finding the services in our community that can provide support. This can include utility and rental arrears assistance, employment and education, thrift stores, food banks, health and dental care and other programs.
