Use your talents for good
Sometimes it can be hard to know where to go for help. Whether you are new to Canada or have lived here for many years, our System Navigation service provides one-on-one support to help you understand your options and connect with the services you need.
You can meet with a team member to talk about challenges you may be facing and get help finding information, completing forms, understanding paperwork, and connecting with community supports.
From immigration paperwork and community resources to food or financial assistance, housing concerns, or other life challenges, we are here to help. If you're not sure where to start, we'll take the time to listen, understand your needs, and help you explore the supports and services that may be available.
Who Can Access This Service?
Everyone is welcome.
This service is available to newcomers, immigrants, refugees, and anyone in the community who needs help finding information, accessing services, or understanding their options.
You do not need to be new to Canada to receive support.
